We went to jacksons for the santa hotel. Sadly during our stay storm darragh arrived and Oakfield park cancelled the santa express so although very disappointing this was no fault of anyone. Instead the hotel had a santa visit, arts and crafts and movies. They went above and beyond. The staff added a sensory pack to our bedroom for our little boy who has Autism and it was brilliant, he loved it. When the santa experience got cancelled the poor girls on reception had their work cut out but they were lovely and so helpful. Catherine and Holly in particular made our stay brilliant and nothing was too much. Food in the bar was nice and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was also very good. Beds were very comfy. Bedroom was a little hot but we got a fan brought to the room so the 2nd night was perfect. 2 minor things I would say though would be... Reception doesn't have anyone on at night which is difficult if you're needing any assistance. Floorboards in rooms are quite noisy aswell but again not a major problem. We very much enjoyed our stay and would be back. Thanks again.

What an amazing Santa experience. We stayed the weekend 20th December to 22nd of December. We would highly recommend. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the most friendliest staff who explained our itinerary to our very excited children and they received a beautiful letter. Our room was spacious for a family of five with spotless room and bathroom. We then went for a lovely meal and everyone was again highly satisfied and service was fast and efficient even with how busy it was. We then went to the main room where there was free hot chocolate mulled wine and cookies. Movies on all night and a token to visit Santa Claus for each family. Saturday morning breakfast was lovely children weee happy and even allowed to wear their festive pjamas without any drama. The hotel hosted a magic show at 1pm which was amazing. Then we experienced oakfield park Christmas which was so magical all in the price of the Santa hotel package. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again next year. Thank you to all the amazing staff who I am sure we’re exhausted at that time of the year and out out all the stops for a memorable weekend.

Moment we entered the hotel we were met with a lovely warm, cosy atmosphere. The reception was so friendly even got room early which was great a wee half hr to chill begore wedding ceremony. The room was very clean, bathroom looked fresh and new. Wedding ceremony room was beautiful. The whole area for wedding is fabulous very spacious and elegant ✨️ The dinner was the best wedding dinner I ever had, the beef melted in your mouth. Dessert room was Like willy wonkas chocolate factory. Just delicious The whole stay was very pleasant the staff all so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast again just perfect. I love the whole vibe of this hotel. Would stay again.

Friendly hotel with great food and decor. The leisure cenytre has a clean pool with a life guard on duty. The changing rooms are clean and well asppointed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views are amazing., The staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive and the fod is delicious. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful - a great hotle to stay in

Absolutely blown away by our stunning room at the Hotel. Staff were truly amazing & couldn't do enough for us. Very reasonable price for an over night stay & food & service was excellent. Attention to detail & cleanliness 5 stars. Well done to all the staff & management.

Lovely hotel in a great location plenty to do and see in the local area , staff are so friendly and helpful , lovely food in bar 2ith great choice and in the morning you get an excellent breakfast along with lovely clean bedrooms. Highly recommend.

My son and i are regular visitors to Jacksons, and recently visited for two nights over the school mid term break, and as per usual, our experience was fantastic, from the moment we came through the front doors. The reception staff are very friendly and give a very efficient check in. Our room was spotless and kept very clean and tidy during our stay, staff had left the ASD Sensory pack in our room for us, even though it had slipped my mind to request it in advance, they had remembered that i had requested it on our previous trip. Restaurant food was amazing, i can highly recommend the home made maltesar meringue dessert! Thanks as always to all the staff who made our trip so special, to Caroline, Kelly, and Catherine, and Tanya in the Leisure Centre, all of the staff are fab and wee hope to see you all again at Easter. I stayed here over the weekend of the Armagh game, hotel was excellent, the staff couldn't do enough for me, was right beside the stadium so there wasn't to far to walk, the room was great, it was excellent ,the only thing about the room is that I was situated right beside the fan for the kitchen and it was left on all night by accident so it disturbed my sleep, but other than that I would definitely recommend and If I'm ever back in ballybofey I would definitely stay here again
